Another wide shot of the CSR. This photo shot just after HST
was released from the Orbiter.
This marks the end of the servicing portion of the mission, and we
were all relieved and happy about the result.

The CSR is right next to the Flight Control Room (FCR), which is shown
often on NASA TV.

The entire Systems Manager crew (except for Rob Lyle who was on console
at the time). From left to right: Mike Davis, Kevin McAveety,

Bob Dedalis, Jana Rezac, Bo Lewis, Ray Lundquist,

With the Orbit-2 Flight Director, Tony Ceccacci. He leads the
entire team during the mission on second shift.

The big screen in the background
reads : STS-109 Orbit 2 Team. The middle screen shows an
animation
of the Shuttle-HST orbit ground track.
This is the room that is shown on NASA Select during the missions.

We had a small celebration post-release of the HST. Here, Phil
Engelauf (Lead Flight Director) commends us all on a job well done.
He stands next to Cepi (head of HST development), who stands underneath
the column marked 'E-11'.

I received a lot of good feedback from many friends and family about
this web site. Here are the Grahams
reading about the mission. Roland Graham with his boys Gavin
(left) and Justin. Note the
image on the laptop.

Traffic was very heavy on this site during the mission.
It logged 33,000 hits, with a peak of 5,000 hits on 03/05/02.
